Our Return and Refund Policy: No-Return Policy Given the custom nature of our products, we maintain a no-return policy. Every product is created specifically for you, ensuring it not only meets but endeavours to exceed your expectations.

Exception to the Rule: Damaged or Incorrect Items While we do not accept returns, we acknowledge that there may be exceptions in the event you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Share photos or a short unboxing video on WhatsApp (+91 85958 04381) or by email within 48 hours of delivery. Once our team has reviewed and approved the claim, your replacement is cast fresh and dispatched in 3 to 5 business days.

Cancellations and Changes You may cancel your order or change its colour, pattern or finish free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, before casting begins. Once casting has started we are unable to cancel or modify the order, as each piece is made specifically for you.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective, or damaged or if an incorrect product was sent. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Once the issue is verified and approved, we will ensure the correct item is dispatched to you.
