All of our items are custom-made and crafted with care to ensure the highest quality. Therefore, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be created and dispatched. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email with tracking information to follow its journey to you.

II. Shipping Time and Cost

• Shipping Time: Once dispatched, most orders within India will take an additional 3 to 7 days to arrive, depending on your location and local postal service.
• Shipping Cost: We are delighted to offer free shipping on all orders across India.

III. Shipping Locations

ModVilla ships to all locations within India. Upon dispatch, you can track your order through the link provided in your confirmation email to estimate its arrival date.

IV. Lost or Delayed Orders

For packages lost in transit, please submit claims no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date to hello@modvilla.com. If the shipping address was accurately provided, ModVilla will cover the cost of shipping a replacement order. We also recommend reaching out to your local post office for potential insight into the whereabouts of the order.

Note: If the tracking information confirms an order was delivered, but you claim to have not received it, ModVilla will not cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.

V. Returned to Sender Packages

In instances where orders are unclaimed or returned to us due to an incorrect address, new shipping charges will be applied for the reshipment of orders. Please ensure to provide accurate shipping details to avoid additional costs.
